How's the leadership on the IT team at ASME?
They are by far the most uninformed set of individuals you will ever meet. They are still thinking about the work as if it is 2001.

Makes sure you are personable it does not seem to matter if you have skills.
What questions do they ask during the interview process at ASME?
I ask questions that deal directly with the work they will be doing. For me an interview is about communication 90% of the job is communicating clearly to people that don't have the understanding you do about the work.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at ASME?
I went from a temp to a full time person. I was not really ever interviewed.
