Too much useless paperwork that doesn't benefit the local team.
The co-workers are great, management seems to come across as clueless, the process can be very bureaucratic, the pay is reasonable, the technology is awesome, and the challenges plenty.
well, I have been with ASML for 16 years: that should say something doesn't it?
They have markedly moved away from careing and supporting the core employee base and focus on the Sr. Management level and up. Bonus, base pay, stock options, etc are GOING DOWN for 90% of the company, are are going up markedly for the Sr. Management and up portion of the orginization.
Great company to work for.
