What do you like best about the leadership team?They tell you they have an open door policy, however if try to bring something to there attention that they don't agree with you are place on a blacklist. So we all keep what upsets is to ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?My immediate team members work well together and are willing to support one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are allowed to bring our pets to work with is.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?It's extremely intimidating having the first round of interviews with 5 people grilling you.
