Patients are catching on to how this company is run and there are new complaints every day, always pertaining to bait and switch or terrible quality. These people are not stupid.

People that are willing to treat employess with respect. Which we didnt get.
Actually being treated like the owner cares
We have a lot of expectations to meet without an effective business model to achieve those goals. The company does not set its individual offices up for success.
