What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind and I am allowed to do my job the best that I can.

My team is a team player no doubt about that , we care for our patients , our first priority to patient coming to our with fear , get out with a laugh , happyness etc
Our team shows up everyday excited to provide excellent patient care. Through morning huddles and monthly office reviews we are constantly focused on why we do we do - and how we can make it even better!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are always goals and standards to achieve. I am encouraged to do the best for all my patients.
There is nothing positive here. No bonuses. Crappy 2.5 % "raise" which isnt even a raise and doesnt even match the inflation for the year. No incentives. I could go on. 0/10 company we are treated like slaves.

The dentist are usually pretty nice most the customers are fairly nice until you tell them we don't take their insurance and then they get angry at you
Nothing. But the new hygienist is a great addition and positive
The most positive part of working for this company was the break rooms they had on each floor. They knew that you were dealing with a lot so they tried to make up for it by giving you amenities. It wasn't worth the scars that you got from the job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviews by another dental hygienist
No one likes to interview. I noticed though how frantic they were to hire quickly which should have been a huge red flag.

Fast process they ro lie
The process itself was fine, I do feel like they sell you the company to make things sound better than they are. A lot of the things I was told in my interview were half truths or lies
