Higher salary and more support resources.
Annual raises would be good
The company bonus was only paid out at 40% and my merit increase has not kept up with inflation.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Aspen has a great group of employees who need to be appreciated. If there was a little more give there would be a lot more bang for the buck!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
less bureaucracy and better back office
Focus more on long term goals than short term wins
more pay, less red tape, empower employees, more work life balance

not worth interviewing with Aspentech
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everything is wrong. one of the big customers wont welcome aspentech anymore
customers also see that sales team is toxic and over promise
Arm twisting tactics with clients
C-suite needs to change their attitudes towards employees and trust them to make the right decisions. Hold people accountable for their actions.
