What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im not impressed woth our benefits, pretty standard

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poorly paid facility in the area and the most paid insirance plan with the worst benefits
being paid more for working a high stress job/career
More pay and better benefits
Better pay, better benefits, and staffed appropriately.
Poor pay, no raised in 2 years due to covid. Treated poorly. Short staffed and expected to keep putting more work on less staff.

some co workers truly become your best friends

People are friendly foe the most part
Most of the people I work with are very helpful and make work very easy and fun to learn new things. I love my coworkers we are a team but AOC an the higher ups just dont understand us anymore and rule with a iron fist instead of a hand that is caring. Its hard working in healthcare even harder now

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of work is not being dealt out evenly a lot of bases are not doing any runs while others are just because they are closer are doing all the runs. Other times half the time the person reserving the ride could have driven them selfs and was not emergent at all.
Poor communication, poor pay , crap wages
