Most of the people I work with are very helpful and make work very easy and fun to learn new things. I love my coworkers we are a team but AOC an the higher ups just dont understand us anymore and rule with a iron fist instead of a hand that is caring. Its hard working in healthcare even harder now

Getting things done and off a list
A lot of work is not being dealt out evenly a lot of bases are not doing any runs while others are just because they are closer are doing all the runs. Other times half the time the person reserving the ride could have driven them selfs and was not emergent at all.
