What are your coworkers at Asplundh like?
Some are ok others are just loners don't work well as a team
What do people at Asplundh think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Unkown at this time. I just think they do well for themselves first. They can improve by meeting employees seeing just what they do and how hard they work and improve on leadership and training and advancement of employees who work hard over others. Improve with proper paying of employees
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Asplundh?
Higher pay raises hire more people who want and need good jobs that work hard and have great team work abilities. Provide full training in all areas of the company. Provide sick days and bonuses. Provide needed equipment make sure that all employees have every thing they need to preform any job. Have an everyone is equal motto. Offer help in and outside of work. Show employees we care

Again my General Foreperson :) learning everything there is to learn and know about the company getting to operate the bucket truck and wanting to do more than I'm expected to

It's based on your work ethic and knowledge of the job
How's the vacation policy at Asplundh?
Not good. You get one week paid and then you have to been with the company for 10 years before you can get 3 weeks which you only get paid 2 and non paid for the 3rd
How much and how often do raises happen at Asplundh?
Once a year after you've reached a position that your content with. But there to get more raises depending on your work ethic within your first year
How's the work pace at Asplundh?
For me fast... I'm just not a lazy slow worker

My General Foreperson. Working for him is fun he's a real cool guy so he would be the best part of my job

Pretty good I enjoy working and knowing my job well.

Unsure at this time. You can work hard everyday and the person who hardly works succeed more than the hard worker

Obtain Medical card and CDL learn what types of trees there are. Know about powerlines and line clearance. Know how to climb with climbing rope and know different types of knots and what they are used for. Always think safety first and know all Laws of safety
