We work together better without leadership watching over our shoulders correcting everything my they think we should be doing differently.
Theres this older guy who has taught me so much about tree work and really changed how i view everything tree work related. Im the arborist i am now because of him. Other than him not alot the team is full of favortism. With a boss who is not fond of anyone who isnt a yes man model employee.
My fellow workers are amazing, in fact its like we are the only team. Our boss and management is against us.
Motivation and realistic goals for raises. Aswell as when you reach that goal the supervisor holds up there end of the deal.

The family i restore power to. I worked Helean in western nc where i live and bringing the power back to all those who lost it is really why i do what i do. Its amazing bringing a community together working hand and gand after something like that to restore powr and create bonds with new people
People need to be accountable for their actions Communication Pay workers based on their performance
Consequences for bad behavior for all employees, not just certain employees. Follow through with threats.

Promised the ability to move up in the company. But its only partially true you have to be the favorite even if your work speaks for itself if you do go with the flow youll be stuck where you are idefinatly or they will try to get you fired. Last time i asked for a raise i got sent home for 3 days.
