When we have to we all come together no matter the circumstances.

We work together better without leadership watching over our shoulders correcting everything my they think we should be doing differently.

Theres this older guy who has taught me so much about tree work and really changed how i view everything tree work related. Im the arborist i am now because of him. Other than him not alot the team is full of favortism. With a boss who is not fond of anyone who isnt a yes man model employee.

My fellow workers are amazing, in fact its like we are the only team. Our boss and management is against us.

My team has a drive to be the best without needing or wanting all the glitz and glamor.

We all work together and complet the task safley

We all work to gether and get a lone and do the task at heand

The best thing is the cohesion.

Everyone is like family and works like a professional group

We all have a brotherhood

That everyone has Stockholm syndrome

The actual workers are some of the best people you will know, it's the managers, supervisors, and field superintendents. They're all paid to do nothing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Motivation and realistic goals for raises. Aswell as when you reach that goal the supervisor holds up there end of the deal.

Culture needs to improve a lot

Training the things I have seen out here has made me want to get away from this entire operation

Attitude towards others respect compassion

Employees could better themselves if theyd stop snorting pills and climbing trees.

Give them more money and that will boost morale.

Everybody is miserable, because we're not treated like people.

They need more motivation and better management.
