We are a big region, but with a tight knit group feel.

they are straight forward and professional

Everyone really nice and takes the time to teach you something..

My foreman is great. Higher ups make this company tough to work for

I like that my immediate team leader is down to earth and understanding. My General Foreman does make sure that we get what we need. If it weren't for my team leaders I would have quit sooner.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication Empathy for their peers.

Hiring people actually wanting to do their job. Unlike over half of the general Foremans that are out there.

Being human and supporting their staff

Leading and putting guys in position to excel in the company how many people have to quit for change

Thay been there a long time.there not going to change.

Rewarding hard work and promoting those who deserve the positions

Transparency and assistance as a team, not every man for himself mentality

Everything that they do needs work

Needs to fire everyone and get new folks, they're all useless, do-nothings.

Leaders need to lead by example and the rules need to be applied across the board from management to the low guy on the totem pole
