What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting hired. Learning a different trade to better assist me in the future.
I have worked there for 13 years so honestly it has completely changed i have no clue what it is like now
its been 26 years but newhires seem to not be overburdened

Promised the ability to move up in the company. But its only partially true you have to be the favorite even if your work speaks for itself if you do go with the flow youll be stuck where you are idefinatly or they will try to get you fired. Last time i asked for a raise i got sent home for 3 days.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No class. Give people positions they deserve.
Better drig tests and personal standards. Working alongside absolute white trash 98% of the time.
Shouldn't lie to employees to get them to work for you. And lie about pay.
