What do you like best about the leadership team?
Never discourages questions, always looking to get 1% better each day. Looks to the rest of the team for suggestions on process improvements
The leadership team's attention to detail and continued focus on the customers is one of the key reasons I decided to join AssemblyAI.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cash is on par with market
The best about the compensation packge is the salaray and stock options
I can actually use the health insurance, and the bonus structure is competitive but fair

What are some of the best things about your team?
Even if working on different areas of our product, everyone is so keen to provide suggestions and bring ideas to the table.
Everyone is supportive and working together on our ultimate goal. Very smart and hard-working people
Collaborative, inspiring people. I can learn a lot from from them
Everyone is helpful and takes initiative, so goals move forward quickly and smoothly.
My team is full of nice, smart, optimistic, and hard working individuals who I enjoy speaking to and working with everyday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
100% remote for all and flexible PTO
Everyone is working together to make our customers happy and grow the company.
It's good energy and everyone is encouraging and uplifting.
everyone is friendly and helpful
Everyone is always in a good mood and happy to collaborate on projects / give feedback. Definitely the most positive team environment I've been a part of.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They moved quickly and I got to meet many people along the way. This let me get to know who I would be working with before having to make a decision to join.
Getting to speak to multiple members of the team
It was very easy to get scheduled for interviews and the team moved very quickly. The whole process took maybe a week or so.
Being able to meet managers and the rest of the team before being onboarded.
It was about learning about myself and my problem-solving abilities. It wasn't painfully long but it was challenging. That told me the company cared about having strong talent, but wanted to use their time wisely.
