Assurant Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Starting PTO is 14 days (112 hours) and 1 cultural day, plus alternate holidays and floating holidays. Medical benefits begin day 1 of hire, 401k begins after 90 days of hire

Comparable to other orgs of similar size

Base pay is appropriate overall.

Decent insurance. Terrible pay though

My best part is the HSA

Fair and considerate of my contributions.

It is good in general

The short term and stocks

There are many benefits that help me support my family, especially health insurance, although it is almost unaffordable now. The benefit of a gym and outdoor areas help my mental and phisycal health as well

Health care + Stock plan

Vision is included in the plan

As a Contractor, working through a Vendor, I cannot comment on Company benefits.

the best part is the 401k

Review from IT Dept

My compensation plan is primarily commission based which allows me to increase my personal income by increasing the profitability of the company.

Sign on bonus at hire

Medical and dental benefits that are above average

Review from Customer Support Dept

Full med dental vision and life

It really provides a good mix of benefits that give a valuable total package

Review from Customer Support Dept

The absolute BEST part about compensation is the incentive options.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Ability to add to stock options with a salary sacrifice program

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensate everyone better profit comes from commited people

I have not been considered for a pay raise even after a year

Yes! A higher pay rate and higher 401k contributions.

I feel very undervalued and raising my compensation an additional 50 % would alleviate a lot of stress and raise morale.

13.40 hr is what i made
