To understand our needs and lowe the call volume.

The leadership team or execs must understand the market pay rates is higher than what is offered. Even with the purported overtime pay we are still lower than other companies.

Lead Tech need to do his work the right way and be fair with his employees

Increase current salaries for employee especially the one dealing with the customers and their yelling and complaining for no reason

I have not been considered for a pay raise even after a year

Yes! A higher pay rate and higher 401k contributions.

I feel very undervalued and raising my compensation an additional 50 % would alleviate a lot of stress and raise morale.

I wish I could actually see my coworkers in person instead of over zoom. Not the best way to collaborate and establish connections!

Its not staright forward and the company is perceived to be what it isn't

Management refusing to take customer call backs, refusing to get sufficient back end help, refusing escalations, refusing to give decent reasons for firing co workers.
