Makes promises they can't keep. Under pays there clinicians while cutting support staff, making clinicians responsible for patient care, all front office responsibilities, all while maintaining a clean treatment facility. I would never recommend someone work at ATI!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allowing staff to use earned vacation time. Give timely feedback to its employees. Overall communication.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made it a conversation, I felt like I was talking to a real person.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency. Take care of your employees and they in turn will take care of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is too concerned about having there fingers in everything and controlling the clinicians that it leaves the clinicians with there hands tied to treat patients.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work in a small office where it is just me and my manager so I have no co workers to interact with. And as I said previously my manager doesn't do her job well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently looked into average salary for my position in the area in which I live and found that I am severely underpaid. On top of that management doesn't give feedback unless you are doing something wrong and never in a timely manner. When you are doing well no on gives you positive feedback ever!
