only managers and above receive annual bonuses. They are mostly lazy and undeserving

Afraid to confront issues. Tune out real issues and only hear false accolades. If you tell them the honest truth they consider you disrespectful, how dare you!

Current manager allowed to continually talk about how he is going to fix issues but never held accountable for following thru - plus he lies to corporate and does not do the stuff that he says he did. He is a fraud
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
couple goods ones as far as work ethic but again they are afraid to confront and correct issues. They are stuck working 80+ hours a week when those that report to them play on the internet. The VSM is worthless, he is allowed to lock himself in his office for 6 hours a day and sleep
