Stressing the importance of quality over quantity, yes the production goals are achieved but when a percentage of it is scrap isn't constructive

Invest in the plant that the employees have to physically work at everyday. The site I work at is well overdue for repairs and maintenance cosmetically and operationally.

Afraid to confront issues. Tune out real issues and only hear false accolades. If you tell them the honest truth they consider you disrespectful, how dare you!
