What do you like best about the leadership team?
My production manager is amazing. I’ve never worked for someone so knowledgeable, compassionate and eager to share that knowledge and expertise with his employees. However, our plant manager is clueless. My production manager was clearly more knowledgeable than h

Respect employee, respect health and safety
Communication, conduct, respect, supporting employees, transparency, ethics, and being leaders.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation days and floating holidays

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No amount of money would be able to make up for all of the ugliness that I have experienced here
Better benefits and better pay open up by its stock of the company
To at least have Reason to stay after 15 years there's no incentive for anybody to stay
The company does not care about employees or family values.
The negativity of the company and little value placed on employees is disheartening

What are some of the best things about your team?
Aside from recent changes, our culture in my department was great. Now, I can already see declines and negative changes.
They work well together and actually listen to one another.
We help out each other on a day to day basis
Can rely on them when something is needed, knowing it'll get done.

couple goods ones as far as work ethic but again they are afraid to confront and correct issues. They are stuck working 80+ hours a week when those that report to them play on the internet. The VSM is worthless, he is allowed to lock himself in his office for 6 hours a day and sleep
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety is priority number one.
High performing and high humility based culture, very people driven.
They preach values and culture but never actually practice it. Some coworkers are genuine and respectful and helpful.
Desire to win and achieve excellence.
Respect is key to the culture and shown at most levels.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay and benefits a good supervision
Treat employees like we mean something not a nimber
Management needs to respect the employees and support them

Fast paced environment with a career path ahead of me.
Being able to make a difference, get involved in stretch assignments and contribute to the overall growth of the org.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Healt and safety rules, H&S
My experience was great and I loved my job. But they didn't show any care or concern for me and the fact that I could be accused of hurting someone so violently and on purpose they said is daughting and the whole mess ruined my life.

Have a management team that is truly invested in the employees
People are doing drugs during work hours and are either absent from the production floor or are not thinking clearly and make the wrong simple decisions under the influence, mandatory drug testing is a must but it will never happen because most of the workforce does it
