It was team-specific; very easy interviews for my team. Either you like us or you don't, no one has time for a long courtship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The customer pays for 1 FTE but the job requires at least 3. For not enough money, I am expected to do the work of 3. 70-hour work weeks were not unusual.
