It surely depends on locations and in India there is a lack of comradeship because of the heavy load of work and lack of life balance at Atos India. As opposed to better understanding in other locations like UK
The culture especially in the Atos Bangalore office really lacks a sense of comradeship. There is so much turn over of personnel that there is barely enough time to form a bond which makes the work culture extremely dry. I know the work place should be for work but still!
