New Global CEO seems to be making positive changes but fundamentally one thing never changes and that is NA is ran from France. This is the bottom-line issue! The business models and cultures are very different in NA thus it will never thrive as long as it is ran from a far.

People are great but it is a revolving door so no stability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to collaborate, seems everyone wants to see more success in NA so effort is over the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are lacking compared to competitors. Again the approach to benefits is very European as in "what does the law make you provide" which is not a NA approach. NA Companies know to set themselves apart with their benefit packages not purposely try to do the least.
