In my time here I have learned that you aren't valued as a person in the slightest. Many promises were made to me about new positions and pay which were never fulfilled while I was still expected to do tasks outside of my job description, which my facility takes seriously. 0/100.

Drop the drug test. It is unnecessary

Communication because they expect things they never tell us

There is too much going wrong with the facility and company as a whole

Everybody except management and the executive chef are amazing. We are unfortubately caught up in an awful system
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here for 4 years and feel like I am nothing more than a warm body to fill a spot. No regard to my personal life and no respect towards my needs.
