Residents and families appreciation is very rewarding in stark contrast to the company.

Priorities need to be rearranged to meet the residents needs, not the company

Nothing. Working at Atria under these conditions is not work the risk on your license to practice.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Staff feel dissatisfied with compensation and appreciation. During a Covid outbreak they are not paying their staff for forced time off due to obtaining Covid on the job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In a Covid crisis, with 100 Covid positive residents and employees combined, executives are more focused on how things look on paper than how they look in the residents apartment. Priorities are extremely misguided by executive level.
