The leadership team is very good at what they do. Aura has employed strong and capable leaders to run each function.
Review from Engineering Dept
Good vision and direction to make the company successful
Review from Engineering Dept
Being in contact with employees and being open to questions/suggestions
Review from Engineering Dept
the leadership team keeps me informed on every important detail.
Review from Engineering Dept
What I like best about the leadership team is their ability to inspire and motivate everyone, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while maintaining clear and effective communication.
Review from Engineering Dept
More clear and consistent planning, more transparency around decision-making. Less corny AI fetishizing at all-hands meetings. And why pray tell are we now doing QUARTERLY performance reviews? If I have to go through this tedious process every quarter, I should also receive a raise every quarter.
Review from Engineering Dept
Clearer, more consistent direction. Distribute pay and equity more broadly, rather than simply enriching themselves.
Review from Engineering Dept
- Keep a direction/strategy longer than a quarter. Constant changes cause whiplash. - Hire and backfill again. If there's money to throw millions at Robert Downey Jr. and Red Sox sponsorships, there's money to hire people. We're all working too hard. - More transparency on decision-making

Remote work, unlimited PTO, good insurance
Review from Engineering Dept
Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
Review from Engineering Dept
unlimited PTO, health insurance, gifts
Review from Engineering Dept
Remote work and PTO when I need it combined with work flexibility.
Review from Engineering Dept
Believe I am being paid to the market.
Review from Engineering Dept
Love working remotely, love the unlimited PTO policy. However, pay is 20-30% less than equivalent positions elsewhere, and the cost of living has risen much faster than raises. Would also like more opportunities for equity.
Review from Engineering Dept
I think i get paid less than my peers based purely on geography
Review from Engineering Dept
I don't really understand how compensation works, and while it feels I have done more this year I have smaller increase than previous year
Review from Engineering Dept
Few people get more base salary based on when/by whom they are hired compared to others even though they work at same or even lower position and their salary compared to workload is unfair
Review from Engineering Dept
Per Glassdoor and this website, I am grossly underpaid compared to the average here and at other companies.
Review from Engineering Dept
Coworkers are incredibly skilled and personable. We learn from each other (or at least I learn a lot from them), and feedback is always constructive and respectful
Review from Engineering Dept
Collaboration, willingness to help, growth mindset, flexible, problem-solvers
Review from Engineering Dept
The team balances fun and professionalism well, and lots of different personalities and cultural backgrounds are represented.

Working remotely is a great benefit to me, as it enables me to be the most productive version of myself by saving time commuting, enabling "heads-down time" I might not have in an office, and allowing me to clear my head effectively when I'm stuck. Also, I love working on a product that I believe in
Review from Engineering Dept
The time my manager invests in me learning and developing. The willingness of other teams to collaborate and change behaviors.
Review from Engineering Dept
When the teams are able to be successful
Review from Engineering Dept
Working with great people, solving challenging problems
Review from Engineering Dept
What makes me most happy at work is the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues, tackle challenging projects, and see our collective efforts lead to meaningful results and positive impacts.
Review from Engineering Dept
"Moving fast" does not have to mean moving without consistent purpose and intention. It also does not have to mean randomly laying people off for no reason just for the sake of a "re-org."
Review from Engineering Dept
Lack of resources in almost every sectors which stops us from making better plan for future
Review from Engineering Dept
Too little consistency, too many meetings, and too low a salary
Review from Engineering Dept
We're all working too hard, due to positions not being backfilled. We're constantly whiplashing business direction. The executive team is largely out of touch with what us as employees want, as well as what customers actually want.
Review from Engineering Dept
It's more of a me problem. Not sure Aura can help.
