Interesting and busy at work.
AE used to be a great company, but after Winter Storm Mara and the "retirement" of the old GM (JS) in 2023, the entire executive team isolated themseleves from the rest of the company and now lead out of fear of losing their jobs. Morale is horribble and anyone not in Plan A is leaving.
