What did you like most about the interview process?Selection is based on interviewing skills.
What makes you most happy at work?Working with my executive customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Pay day is what I always look forward to.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? It sometimes takes years to hire people. Its very cumbersome and it involves too much red tape and DEI style questioning and scoring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?AE's reputation took a major hit due to Winter Storm Uri. Two years later it took a hit again with Mara. As previously mentioned, the executives are bad, they and others need to be replaced and the way AE hires or promotes people needs to be changed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?AE is a company of extremes. It has some of the best people and some of the worst. The problem is you cant fire or sometimes discipline the bad employees so the good ones have to do double the work to make up for the lack of work or correct the mistakes of the bad employees which causes burnout.
