They are mostly new members in leadership moving their way up.

Health Care, and retirement ate optional benefits.
The pay is higher but not enough to live in Austin where the cost of living has sky rocketed ovwr the last few years. The pay is also not enough to deal with how poorly management treats you on a daily basis.
Retirement benefits are second to none
It is very competitive with the private sector.

Small team with high turnover.
Good people work here trying to make a difference.

Pay day is what I always look forward to.
