fellow teammates are friendly except one who is seems to be arrogant so who cares I just do not pay attention to his attitude
What did you like most about the interview process?
felt it was going to be a diffrent than regular dealerships but its worst in some sense even lying to customers are its worst
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
fair and without retaliatiory, very sad. really want it to work and be productive but its not because mangers are very hostile and vendictive. everyone is scared in thier pants
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
open up the opportunities on a level field, stop being unfair and limit resources as you please, it must be illegal but who cares here they keep ;doing it and its I dont think is shoud be allowed in a real world.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
accountability on all level and fair in reporting and judging. rules are applies to some not all and not equelly. for example the senior sales people get away with all the rules and if you miss one by mistake they will chop your head off. manager talk in degrading manner to salespeople insult and
