Very poor managment. Compley rude to every sales person. Never have I been more disrespected at any other career then here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy they were very stright to the point.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managment is a massive problem customer complain about way managment talks to them and the saleperson
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 60+ hours a week and I always have problems with pay due to deals being held on finace and spiffs being at to my pay for no reason and paying back the money and not receving compensation for the taxes.
