I enjoy being here at AutoNation my pay is okay, I know it can be better for the amount of work I do. They benefits are decent, and the culture is friendly. I wish my bonus was more but hopefully I receive merit increases

They act like regular people and not like they are better than everyone

Pay employees a little more and make the bonus slightly hire. South Florida is really expensive
