This is such a terrible company. They only care about profits and making money. They don't care about their customers or their employees.

My co-workers are great, helpful and supportive.

Good manager but they moved him.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company culture is toxic. Top to bottom change. Stop rewarding terrible managers with promotions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about something other money. Like people and actually putting out a good product. Zero integrity and honesty.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just read Yelp, Indeed or Glassdoor on this company. It's a nightmare for customers and employees. Systemic change needs to happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only people who make money are the GM's and managers. Everyone else is paid way under. I know so many former co-workers who have left and made more at other dealer groups.
