They were easy going and nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team gets along well but they still hire on people that start high school drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct sales managers are good people but everyone above that is actual garbage. Low morale and poor management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Care just a little bit about your people and actually punish people that are ruining the business rather than hold weekly meetings that do nothing.
