What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Managers positively do favors to their favorite employees and not on there ability

The hope that the company is going to get worse for other when I bail.

Promotes work life balance. The company encourages vacation time and flexibility so people can cover your work while you're gone.

High energy and lots of opportunities to socialize but are mostly for "FTE" employees and not contractors..

Everyone is encouraging and we understand we all succeed when one person does. We lift each other up and share success stories.

The assistance I get from members even from other teams.

New office with great views of Seattle in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Updated workstations - everyone has convertible desks that raise and lower. Everyone works hard and takes time to have fun. It's not often that you work at a company where it feels like you're surrounded by your best friends.

It's the people that make the culture.

The people as a whole care about each other, there's a huge sense of community

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

change the entire executive team especially CFO and several SVP that have been there a long time.

Hire real leaders who can bring the company together. Get rid of the old boys network.

Leaders need to understand that not everything can and need to be done. Legal team executive is very toxic

Management that actually knows what is going on and responds to the needs of the employees. Stop making your employees feel like they are on a satire show about stupid office management.

Drop the SVP of Sales and the group of "yes men" (and women) surrounding.
