What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is with market, but total package was better before going private.
The salary is googled as market rate. There is also a "mental wellness" reimbursement plan for fun things like Kindle unlimited, zoo, movies, coffees, etc
No hidden deductions. Good insurance policies
Paid health insurance. As well as wellness plan.
Salary is comparable to other local companies. There are no more RSUs and the stock was restricted to Executives only.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team's have people that want to help their teammates.

My team cares about doing a great job and taking care of our customers. They are all smart and bring unique strengths and experiences to the team. We solve problems together very well.

My coworkers are great. I enjoy working with them.

The customers are generally polite and a pleasure to work with and the coworkers go out of their way to be helpful and work as a team.
