What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation package is bad. The only person who gets to take time off is the COO. She leaves to take her daughter to cheerleading and son to his sport practice. Never at work only barks orders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is not enough words or time to describe the house if hirrors at Avanti.

Everyone that works at Avanti is undervalue with the exception of the leadership team.

Toxic work environment. Noone is valued.
