- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Based on my years of experience as an RN, BSN I believe I should be paid based on that and job performance. I did take a big pay cut to join the home health care team. I do love the work and rewards of meeting amazing patients but would like to see the pay increase bases on experience.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being in charge of multiple additional tasks that are not a part of my role or in my job description to ensure that our patients are being cared for in the best possible way while it goes unnoticed and management does not get held accountable to ensure these items are done correctly.
