I love the hair products, oils, soaps, makeup, lotions and I love the tea. I often give products as gifts.
In it for the profits for sure!! But based on which salon youre at, you make good money & do good for the enviornment. The schools are 0/5 stars. They treat students as employees & the schools are only in it cor profits as well, which seems very unethical.
I've been using Aveda products for nearly 40 years. I appreciate the quality of the products & salon services as well as the availabilty of Aveda. These products make great gifts; friends & family love Aveda gifts.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Aveda?
Have upper management care about their emplyees that keep the stores running on a day-to-day basis. It'd also be nice to see thembproviding proactive support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise.
