Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Keeping the store running when the store manager has serious issues that spill over onto other store employees,like myself,who must fix problems created by him,when he was not in a right state of mind to be in charge of anything, dictates I'm doing 2 jobs at once & should be compensated accordingly
