Consistently undermined and micromanaged. Work is expected from us 24/7 - there is no work/life balance. Teams are understaffed and severely overworked.

Teachers, and student environment as well as more accountability and help with mental health matters. I make myself sick from stress

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything from the way we are taught to the way things are shown in demos to the enviroment. I need my own privacy in my life outisde of school.
