What did you like most about the interview process?Nothing it was during covid and it was via computers and all of their computers did not have videos so I could not see them. Unprofessional, should have known.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Health insurance is very good package.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I've worked there long enough that I get a 75% match for my 401k. Newer employees have lesser packages.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Politics/hostility/toxic. Bring the company into the 21st century in managing people
What needs to change to make the company culture better?It is a very hostile and toxic work place. Upper management need to pick qualified leaders and stop the politics.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They just show up but are burned out. This is management fault for not keeping the work place positive.
