What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company Bonus is very competitive
Insurance Package for family members
The 3 part approach of base, bonus and equity.
There's not one specific part, its good as a whole.
It provides well for me and my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though I've received a raise, I'm still about $10,000 per year under what someone in my position should be paid.
Compensation at Axon seems to be quite behind the curve vs any other opportunity I've researched and peers report the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are very good and nice people and easy to bond with.
Quick response & action, willing to help each other and care about employees
We have good communication, we're all passionate about doing our job right, and we can share in our frustrations without judgement.
High energy team that wants to learn and win right!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
employees are encouraged and motivated to contribute improving public safety
willingness to hear employees' opinions from top leaders, decent facilities at office & join forces attitude from most of staffs
At least for my position, there is no micromanaging being done. I appreciate the ability to do my job without feeling like I have no voice or I need to get a sign off on every little change.
Most positive has been taken away in the last 1-2 years
