I believe there are certain executives that are great leaders at Axos. A few of the mid-level managers need a little guidance when it comes to leading/managing/communicating witth their teams. Most people do not receive the proper training needed.

Meeting the teams and getting to know them better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing the training needed for their team members. Poor leaders only make things more challengjng for all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need to listen more to their employees. Employees want to speak up but don't feel it is safe.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to communicate with managers and tram members freely. Some managers stay in their office and hardly have time to speak with their employees.
