Fire everyone from HR (P&O), act according to ethics at least instead of hiding everything. Answer and followup AMA questions completely and depth not washi-washi. Find a real CPO.
Be fast, if people is on vacation don't keep people waiting. If there isn't agenda don't keep people waiting. Train talent acquisition managers of what software development is.
