Doing my job well and no one is micro managing

The fact do government contracts and that means something.

Invested in, appreciated, given a lot of responsibility, and the ability to move across and progress

Work from home and flexibility were nice.

I really like the cream cakes

The team I work around. A small group of people who care about me professionally and personally.

Carrying out my daily work duties and having my colleagues around me .

Interacting with my colleagues and having the ability to try new things.

Ability to control my schedule and output, and the open environment that encourages discussions about onstacles to work completion and other resources that are inadequate to accomplish the task at hand.

Planning, implementing and closing the projects on time on cost and meet the expected requirements. I simply loved to take care of all the projects that were assigned to complete.

Management needs a complete overhaul

The company has setup a rewards structure that incentivizes mediocrity. High performing employees are told to leave if they expect to be paid a competitive wage.

Need management that understand that you support the customer. The customer shouldn't dictate your manning, approve your leaves, etc. However no one wants to step and actually be a manager. It is quite a dynamic that is toxic and a set up for failure as currently is.

Company is losing money fast

Remote work is a ploy but not allowed, unless you are a favorite of a manager.

Customer needs to be forced into following its own rules and stop cutting corners. BAE Senior management need to stop turning a blind eye to dangerous customer working practices and support their employees.

Again, I think they're trying, but there's a lot of burnout and bureaucracy to wade through. We'll see.

The management continues to take any and all perks away from the work force. As much money as BAE makes year after year the definitely could afford to compensate us better.

Scheduling, supervision, logistics, and modernization. They all need a change for the better. You never know what will change on a daily basis and the movement of products is a joke!!
