One does not work at BAE, one is sinply on its payroll. Doesnt delivery outcomes, creates jobs which entails employee "does business with themselves", but not delivering anything. Has been carrying desd weight employees and protecting bullies (who are incompetant for many yesars).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce workforce by 30%, implement performance management, have a bullying/grievences policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good at picking which office they would like and which EA they would like to be allocated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has a Role grading systems, which maps "the complexity and responsibility" of your role to a salary band. This is not executed properly at all, and people that are three grades and $50k different are doing the same role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As they work for a large organisation where no one reslly has any motivation or incentive to deliver an outcome they are pretty relaxed and dont make anyone deliver. They also enjoy large, extended non related discussions during the day or creating low compexity work so they can pretend to be busy.
