The concern and care for the individual. We come together when one of us are hurting, or if a community is hurting, even if it is a different country where we have no employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did not ask textbook questions that have no real value. All the behavioral questions had a tie into the job in question. This meant I did not have to recall some situation that has no value to the job at-hand. Purposeful questions pertinent to the job.
