They match up to 6% of your 401k contributions, which is really nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are accessible and always willing to help solve problems or listen to feedback. They have implemented many of my suggestions, which has streamlined a few processes and made me feel like my input matters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team sinks/swims together - we all pitch in So that No one feels like they're drowning on their own. I've only ever worked remotely at this company, and that can be hard, but my team frequently touches base, which makes it easier.
