leading, winning work, focussing on givng engineers what they need to be innovative and efficient instead of putting blockers and woke agendas i n the way
Leadership needs to get better at taking DEI seriously - there should be a lot more women in leadership roles, including women with children. They should self-reflect on why product line financial salients and utilization are weak rather than blame direct reports. Focus on retaining talent.
A little education would help.
more money for the little people and bring pay scales in line for the whole business not just sertain sectors
The managers and executives are not engaged with the work force at all, they are not trust worthy, and are perceived as being "fake" by the staff in general. This company is only focused on pretending to be nice, professional, diverse and equitable, but in reality, they are only checking boxes.

unles you are the blond hair blue eyed person of the moment you get no where
Contract that we are on is 9 years old and is no longer competitive.
Discovered at least 20% less across the board being Sub-contractor when compared to Prime. Actual papers and verified by Prime workers. No reason to make less when work load is same if not more.
Review from IT Dept
Compensation is not on par with other companies. Vacation allowance is horrendous! There is also no bonus program below the director level, and raises are 2% at best for the highest performers. If you want to be paid fairly for your experience, you'll end up having to quit and go work somewhere else
The salary is low for the amount of experience in the field
Get off their phones and do some work.
try and do there job properly and leave stuff that isnt there's alone
You have too many daily meetings. You can average 5-10 meetings daily and talk about nothing at all.
need less meetings about meetings
Guidance!! The lack of expertise on the part of management leads to disorganization and chaotic approaches to what should be straightforward and simple programs and tasks. Most mean very well and do their best, but wothout effective leadership the workforce can be very ineffective.
better quality manufacturing, and leadership too much time spent on resolving quality issues
Review from Operations Dept
Improving diversity among leadership roles will provide an overall better more inclusive work environment.
The company needs better leaders
Communication across the board. No one tells people when things change etc
Reduce workforce by 30%, implement performance management, have a bullying/grievences policy.
Find out if the candidate can do the job rather than tick boxes.
let us take on the rite people not the ones chose by management
Needs to standardize the interview process
1 honesty interviews are just a show we all know whose getting the job and why
Review from Operations Dept
Have people who know what they are talking about do the interview
Review from Operations Dept
Why waste time offering solutions, bosses won't listen.
Review from Product Dept
Management needs a complete overhaul
The company has setup a rewards structure that incentivizes mediocrity. High performing employees are told to leave if they expect to be paid a competitive wage.
Need management that understand that you support the customer. The customer shouldn't dictate your manning, approve your leaves, etc. However no one wants to step and actually be a manager. It is quite a dynamic that is toxic and a set up for failure as currently is.
Company is losing money fast
