Friendly, supportive and engaging. No question is a daft question and you are never made to feel inadequate.

Being contractors at a Lockheed facility, we tend to get put in the less than ideal office areas or cubicles and despite being seperated from those we work with, the culture is happy and positive.
They have a greate cafeteria.
